Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Overstreet is responsible for all Financial and Accounting activities for U.S. Pipe and Foundry Company.

Prior to assuming his present position, he was Vice President of Global Finance for Fisher Scientific from 2006-2008, CFO for Siegel-Robert Automotive Company from 2004-2006 and Finance Director for Textron Fastening Systems from 2002-2004.

Mr. Overstreet holds a BS from University of South Carolina in Business Administration along with his CPA.
